My husband and I love living in Hammock Bay…this community has so much to do!  We moved here this summer and have enjoyed meeting all of our neighbors.  I personally love the Ladies Game Day, where the ladies in the neighborhoods gather on Wednesdays at the Lake Club for games and fun.  My husband recently entered the Chili Cook Off competition and we had a great time meeting new homeowners and sampling the wonderful chili!  We both have become regulars at the fitness center and pools.  We are looking forward to the upcoming Thanksgiving feast that is planned and also the Christmas party.  Our Realtor, Beth Jones, helped us tremendously when we were ready to select a Builder and continued to be helpful throughout the building process.  She is so thoughtful and always ready to help in anyway she can.

We drove through Hammock Bay on a Sunday afternoon and loved the natural beauty and serenity of the community.  We were amazed at the Class A facilities offered to the residents – at such a reasonable price! We met with Realtor, Beth Jones, who worked diligently with us to sell our existing home in Niceville.  Then, she found us the “perfect” home in the Harmony neighborhood.  This home has everything we dreamed of having.  Beth made the process of selling our existing home and moving to Hammock Bay seem effortless.  Great people, great community! We have been so happy with our decision to live in Hammock Bay!
