Military Relocation
Hammock Bay is home to many that serve in our armed services and we are honored they chose to live, play, and serve here. Niceville, Valparaiso, Bluewater Bay, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, and the surrounding areas play host to all branches of the United States Military.
Hammock Bay is in close proximity to Eglin Air Force Base, Hulburt Field, & Duke Field while providing the great outdoors with resort features these servicemen and women love in their down time.
We take great pride in creating a peaceful environment for these amazing families to call home. We thank all those that serve and protect this great country.
Choose a Realtor who has experience in working with our Veterans and is designated as a Florida Military Specialist.
The world of veteran’s benefits and outreach programs is vast and variable. While there are numerous programs available to military retirees, active duty and Veterans across the United States, a Realtor designated as a Florida Military Specialist can familiarize them with Florida specific resources.
By understanding the nuances of the military client’s professional life, a Florida Military Specialist Realtor can correlate an individual’s unique military background with the right resources and benefits. They will provide personal service to military personnel in the listing, purchase, or rental of property in Florida. This Specialist will have superior knowledge of the local military bases and communities convenient in the region.
A Florida Military Specialist will do their best to assist our veterans here at home, and those serving abroad, by taking the time to learn about their lives and apply what they learn to lend a helping hand.
