With its private pool, pickleball courts and gated entrance, FireFly’s starting price in the upper $200’s is an excellent value.  All homes have three bedrooms, two baths, and a 2 car garage.  Several floor plans even have a flex room for hobbies or a separate office.  Nice and bright, FireFly residents enjoy open floor plans, granite in the kitchen and baths, as well as EVP flooring throughout the home.  While the HOA fee in FireFly is higher, the amenities and conveniences you receive, such as lawn care services, are well worth the additional fee.
