Welcome South and welcome to Hammock Bay, Florence family! We are sure you will be very happy here as some of the newest families to the neighborhood.
The Florences- mother, son, two daughters and their families- now call “Brighton” in Hammock Bay home. What a tribute to family togetherness that they chose to come as a group to our neck of the woods. They are used to living near each other and are quite comfortable sharing their lives in the same neighborhood. Talk about close proximity to each other, before moving south, they lived in nearby homes all together on the family farm in Tipp City, Ohio. When an opportunity arose for the family to sell their beloved farm and move on to new adventures, it was a major decision for all family members. After considering many choices for relocating, they settled on the notion that moving to Florida might just be the answer. Now, it was just a matter of determining what community would fit the needs of all the families. After all, Florida is a state of great potential. They mounted a massive search, covering the totality of our beautiful state and fell in love with Hammock Bay!
Beth Jones, onsite Realtor with HBRE, worked diligently to assist them in selecting the right builder and floor plans that would fit each family’s needs. The Florences were the first homeowners in “Brighton”, our newest neighborhood. Three homes were built and now everyone is enjoying the wonderful amenities and the sense of community. This was the right move for the Florences- all of them!
Here they are on the Bay Club dock at sunset forming O-H-I-O… Welcome home, Florence family.
Hammock Bay located just 15 minutes north of the sugary white sand beaches of South Walton and scenic Highway 30-A, is popular area for families relocating to Northwest Florida. A 3,000-acre master-planned residential community nestled in the quiet surroundings of Freeport, Florida has all the first-class amenities typically found in popular resorts and communities within South Walton. It’s the defining place for something we like to call Hammock Time. And it’s difficult to imagine a better place to call home.
