The Freeport Town Planters Society, Freeport Parks and Recreation, Destiny Worship Center, The Port Church, Portland Methodist Church, Assembly of God and other area Church’s are excited to host the 7th Annual Arts and Crafts Festival featuring an Easter egg hunt, car show, arts and crafts and food vendors. Talk about family fun!
The Easter Celebration will be held Saturday March 26, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Enjoy a day with your family at the Freeport Regional Sports Complex at Hammock Bay. There will be four egg hunts at 10:00 a.m. for ages 0-3, 10:30 a.m. for special needs children, 11:30 a.m. for ages 4-6 and 1:00 p.m. for ages 7-11. Eggs for the older children will be dropped from a helicopter! You don’t want to miss that!
Special Characters, such as Princess Elsa from Frozen, will be in attendance also. There will also be tons of activities for everyone including arts and crafts vendors, an antique car show, pony rides, bounce houses, photo ops with the Easter Bunny, cornhole and more! All of the festival proceeds go to benefit the ACS/Relay for Life. So bring the whole family to enjoy a day to remember at Hammock Bay!
